yoooo i got a myspace now so i prolly wont be on xanga as much but i will prolly post somethin every once and a while.... we lost our track meet which sucks but township has a good team and we do to its just they seemed more ready and in shape but o well..... i got a whole season ahead of me to improve so yea ephrata on thursday and its supposed to be nice out too

Yooo what crakkin son ? nm has been up wit me same as usual.... first track meet on friday im excited but a lil nervous cause it will be my first meet running against high school, im runnin 100 meters, 200 meters, and 4 by 100 meters im 3rd leg, everyone on the team thinks i look like T.O. (i think i look like him a lil but hes a faggot) so the coach decided to call me t.o. then he changed his mind and called me kwane owens then he changed his mind to K.O. which im diggin i like that cause thats whats gona happen this spring track season alls i plan on doing is killin off everyone on the opposing team and knockin out my personal records...... life is great

Yo what up Gs? nm has been goin on latley with me except school,track, and my gf which is tight other than school cause its mad boring.. track started on monday which was mad fun and i have practice everyday and i thought the practices were gonna be mad hard cause its high school track but its not that bad so far... on friday i made top 4 fastest sprinters on the team i think im like 3rd as a sophmore so im proud of myself.... YEA SON !!!then i borrowed my dads cd Vulnerable by marvin gaye ... the cd is so good i could listen to it for hours.....friday night stan came over n we watched chappelles show for a while then we played chess n i won twice then he had to leave.... saturday morning i had track practice and we did a hill work out i was pretty tired then i came home and slept for another 3 hours n chillled around until 5 and then me and stan went to tanger outlets and we were messin around in all stores  and stuff i was dien then we walked up to target and we messed with even more stuff.... then we walked to rockvale n messed with more stuff but everyone was closing so we left and now im chillin here and im supposidly goin to the movies on a double date kinda thing wit katie and her friend chelsie and her bf gentry so that should be fun, life is still good to me im thankful

YOO what up sonnn, im mad bored so.....nm has been goin on with me except school which is wack, i chilled with corey on wednesday which was mad funny cause he smacked this lil kid in the eye with a ping pong ball at his youth group i laughed so hard my chest hurt after, i just got back from sleeping over coreys house for his bday party which was off the chain marcus n ty were there and preston, zach, dixon and josh were there too we went running around coreys neighboor hood and we gave kirsten and Jesenia a visit for like 20 mins then we went n chilled with chyna for like 10 mins n left cause we were bored then zach and marcus were undefeated in bball in coreys basement and they challenged me and ty which was a big mistake cause me n ty came out n stomped on there faces and won so we are the two on two champs in coreys basement DA RIGH !!..... umm i hung out with katie a couple times in the past two weeks which is good.... hopefully i can chill out with katie and some other people this weekend and have some fun because the fun durring the week is going to be over cause track starts on monday which im excited about but at the same time im not cause its cold as hell outside but other than that lifes been good to me, i cant really complain so.........
